琴浦町役場に集合した一行は、国立公園内にある一向平キャンプ場へ。小雨のなか滝へ向かう途中の吊り橋までガイドつきで山道を歩き、森林と川の大自然を体感。その後、里へ降りて立子谷地区の農家民宿「たつこの掌」へ。地域住民に教わりながら夕食を作り、一緒に食事。地元の若者も合流して、夜遅くまで交流を楽みました。翌日は、大山の伏流水と畑の大豆を使って豆腐作り。副産物でできる「おから」も無駄なく料理して、おいしく実食。 The group gathered at the Kotoura Town Office and headed to the Ikkoganaru campfield in the national park. In light rain, they walked along the mountain path with a guide to the suspension bridge on the way to the waterfall and experience the great nature of the forest and river. After that, they went down to the village and stayed at the farmhouse inn “Tatsukonosho” in Tatsukodani area. They cooked dinner while learning from local residents and eat together. Local young people also joined in and enjoyed interaction until late into the night. The next day, they made tofu using underground water from Mt. Daisen and soybeans from the field. They cooked without wasting the by-product “okara” and ate deliciously.

鳥取県内で英語を教えるALT（外国人英語指導助手）3名と鳥取大学4年生1名がツアーに参加 Three Assistant Language Teachers who teach English in Tottori Prefecture and one student from Tottori University participated in the tour.

国の登録有形文化財の古民家「金平家住宅」で田舎の暮らしを体験。週末は宿泊もできる Experience country life at the “Kanehira Family House”, an old farmhouse that is a registered tangible cultural property of the country. You can also stay overnight on the weekends.

体験内容 Activities

地域住民と交流。一緒に田舎料理を作り食卓を囲んで相互理解を深めることができた Interaction with local residents. They were able to deepen mutual understanding by cooking country cuisine together and sitting around the table.

豆腐作り体験。原料は大豆とにがり（凝固剤）だけの豆腐は水のおいしさが決め手 Experience making tofu. The quality of the water is the deciding factor for tofu, which uses only soybeans and coagulant as ingredients.
